Although the building wasn't as established looking from the outside as other businesses, the caring and the service provided to me was exceptional and unusual. I would recommend anyone try this business before spending your time and money at any other area mechanic. I was very pleased and although I don't live close, I would certainly suggest this business to everyone. I wish I could have this experience at mechanics in my area.”

“My car broke down during a long road trip, on the side of the road outside of Dumas, on a Saturday... I had it towed to Top Gun in Amarillo (based off of google reviews!). The folks at Top Gun took the car in on Saturday before they closed and got to it on Monday to give me a diagnosis. It was a big part and job (transfer case replacement), but they did everything in their power to get the car up an running, at a fair price and as quick as they could. The car ended up having a secondary issue (transmission) after the initial problem was fixed, which prevented me from driving it off. It really bothered the owner that they didn't have a chance to fix it, but I had to get home, so I towed it back on a UHaul. I know they'd have liked to finish the job and would have done it! Everything that happened to the car made sense and having to tow it home was the best option- it has 281k miles and I just couldn't stay in Amarillo to get it fixed; a girl has to get back to work! I definitely recommend working with Top Gun! It was a frustrating and overwhelming hiccup in my travels, but they did everything they could to help me out.”

So I asked him to look it up cause usually they keep more in the back. So he did . And I assume a manner came and help him out. Got what I needed. Great job guys.”
