“For many years, I have gone through Central Insurance Agency, specifically Cindy Harvey, for my insurance policies. Cindy is such a great agent to work with. Always prompt in answering any questions or submitting any required forms for approval by me or forms to be forwarded to my insurer, Safeco. But today takes the cake. Out of the blue I received an email from Cindy advising she was reviewing my auto policy and discovered I could save a large amount of money by having Safeco rewrite my policy through their Loyalty Program. This I did and within a few minutes had my new policy. And my savings. I didn’t initiate the contact with Cindy. She did all of this on her own initiative. “A lady collided with my son, and State Farm through Roberto Montero is her insurance. It was very difficult to reach anyone, hold times near an hour. It was at least two weeks after the accident by the time they finally made a decision on liability. When they reached out to us at that time, they did not tell us what to do next. Apparently they were waiting for physical paperwork from us in order to distribute payment. We reached out a couple days later to try to find out how to get payment and we were then advised that it would be another week because they needed us to send them physical paperwork through UPS. Meanwhile, our rental period is ending and State Farm has refused to extend it, even though we do not have payment yet and consequently can not buy a new car. So he's stuck without a car until we get the payment from State Farm in up to a week. Thankfully this was the other party's insurance and not ours, it never will be and we will be sure to tell everyone else that State Farm is unhelpful and inefficient. This is not Roberto's fault; however, he does have his name on the lady's insurance card and he does represent State Farm. I knew they would not care so I placed the review here so someone would take notice. I hope Roberto will let State Farm know that I had a poor experience and that they are not representing him well.”

Each and every time I have a customer that is struggling to get insured or needing insurance advice, this office takes the time out to provide that. yes, i get it. If someone is looking to purchase a policy why wouldn't they take the time out to provide that for the customer? Well it doesn't always work out to where the customer is able to get the policy. With That said.. it's been numerous times the agent stayed on the line and explained certain things that could the customer, stayed on the phone trying multiple ways to try to make it work. Doing this all with a smile in their voice and no drop off in energy. I don't know about yall but if i'm being assisted by an agent with a with a smile in the voice and a willingness to go above and beyond.. each time... even when its about to be closing time.
