"It would be nice if there was some signage or any indication that told us about the policy to use a basket or cart instead of a personal bag to store items while shopping. That way I wouldn't have to get accused of shoplifting by some rent-a-cop and taken to his boss just to be told to do so. I get loss prevention, but there were several options available outside the one that was taken (like just asking me to use a basket). Save everyone some time and frustration, please."
"One drive up experience and the employee gave me attitude because he decided to come and wait for me even though I WASN'T THERE YET. And then blamed me for his system saying I was almost there. What's the point of us checking in if you're going to come out on your own accord? They also put each thing in its own plastic bag, twisted the straps, and intertwined all the straps from all the bags together into a single knot."
"Staff worked hard to find my pick up after it was misplaced. They made up for the issue with great service, but there was still a small issue. It could be the holiday season and an overabundance of orders so I will definitely give them an opportunity to make it up next time."
"The people working were kind but seem to be overworked and the store seems understaffed. Almost every aisle I walked down seemed to be missing products and be disorganized but the cosmetics section was actually gross. I didn’t feel like I could trust in the safety of the products given how things were thrown about and how dirty this section was. Also, there was no music playing?? A very strange and disappointing shopping experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location."
"I had a great experience with Customer Service during the holiday season. The employees were courteous and efficient. There were many customers in line, so they easily could have been testy. I appreciated the good service."
