"Met coach Randy during spring wrestling. We told him about our town not having wrestling clubs like the metro areas. Ever since, he has welcomed us to his club with open arms. He invited us to attend his camps, tournaments, drop in practices, and has treated us like family instead of outsiders. For these reasons, we choose to take the 5 hr round trip every Sunday to drop in and put some work in with my 2 sons. If I lived close enough, we would be there every time the doors opened. I would recommend bringing your wrestlers to Heart and Pride so they can have the chance to learn, improve, and grow with the practice, passion, and hard work that they have to offer."

"We became part of this group 2 years ago. My son joined because his friend was joining..but his friend never signed up. Who knew where this road would lead in such a short time! My son has become strong physically and mentally. It has helped him in football and track. The support he gets from his coaches is amazing. The support and communication I get as a parent with "helicopter mom" tendencies is amazing. Heart and Pride has become family. Both my boys and my daughter belong to the program. (they have a martial arts partnership; my daughter belongs to..also great!). I would encourage anyone who has an athletic or non athletic kid to get involved, sit back watch your child grow.
