Lacy's Shotokan Karate is a traditional Japanese karate dojo located at 1801 North Robison Road in Texarkana, Texas. Our institution focuses on teaching the importance of martial arts and self-defense to individuals of all ages. Led by Master Wayland D. Lacy, a 3-time National Champion and 2-time World Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee, our students learn powerful self-defense techniques that promote self-control, self-confidence, and respect. At Lacy's Shotokan Karate, we teach traditional techniques such as punches, kicks, knees, and blocks, as well as takedowns and submissions to prepare our students for any situation.
