β OpenThe Southwestern University Fine Arts Building, located on East Rutersville Road in Georgetown, Texas, is a hub of creativity and innovation. From theater to music to visual arts, the Fine Arts Building provides state-of-the-art facilities for students to hone their craft. The building, named after Alma Thomas, a longtime trustee of the university, houses two theaters, a recital hall, an art gallery, offices, studios, practice rooms, and departments for Art and Art History, Music, and Theatre. In addition, there is a dedicated space for the study of music and visual arts, thanks to an 18,000-square-foot addition in 1999.
