"My usual doctor was on vacation and I saw someone that was stepping in for him during his absence. It was such a pleasant experience. He had fantastic “bedside manner” was really informative and helpful. I received a knee injection and he administered it slowly as to not cause so much pressure, and it was a lot more pleasant than previous injections."
"As far as the appointment itself is concerned, it was a great experience. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I had an injection in my knee and it was generally painless so I went about regular activities for the day. No one told me about the extreme swelling or pain I experienced later in the day. When I finally reached them by phone later, I was then told I was to stay off of it and rest. I asked about medication (for pain or possible allergic reaction) and was told to possibly take OTC medicine. Later received notification from pharmacy I had a script to pick up and I had to call to find out what it was. It was from the clinic after I was told there would not be one. It would really have been nice to have had a warning of what results to expect."
