"Worst customer service! I was there in November and the experience wasn’t all great. The kid that replaced my screen protector left bubbles and lint. Went back not only I was there for 30 minutes the person that originally was helping left. And didn’t come back for a while to where another worker had to ask if I’ve been help to where he kind of took over & kept following with the other workers. Where the guy who originally helped never came back after 35 minutes I left to another Best Buy by the help from the other coworker."

"So to preface, I am in a wheelchair and my fiancé was there with me. Upon entering the store, I did ask where the Chromebook chargers were and the guy in front was just kind of pointing and telling me where they might be. I’m sure that works for everyone but I could not see where he was pointing to as I am hip height to everyone. My fiancé was looking for his own stuff at this time so he didn’t see either. After I looked around and didn’t find anything, I went back with my fiancé and we were looking at wireless earbuds. In the pictures attached you can see the pricing cards and if you look closely they do not match up to the actual merchandise they were under. We had not realized this at the time. He picked out the ones he wanted with a different man who was helping us and at the register it rang up at almost $300 but the tag said $80. My fiancé brought this up and the man helping us literally said “uh uh” and when my fiancé doubled down the man shoved his phone in his face to show him online it’s almost $300. My fiancé walked him back to the display to show him where the man seemed to get kind of upset that he was “proven wrong”. Please note the pictures are at a weird angle because I’m in a wheelchair:) So I don’t think we will be coming back and we’re currently going to get Milwaukee brand ear buds."

"Procrastinated until today to buy two TVs for our new apartment. We move in two days. A Best Buy store receptionist directed me where to go & assured someone would be there to help. It was Matthew. He was very knowledgeable of product line and made transaction easier since I knew before hand size & price range Matthew concealed his identity and personality wearing a mask because of allergies. Prefer seeing a person's face when negotiating any sale. Matthew is a valued employee, he didn't miss a chance to sell up - membership, warranties, type of wall faster, etc Citi Bank missed an opportunity to finance a possible note with them. Left store with $3000 less. it's 0930pm & Geek Squad has not confirmed tomorrow's installation. Notified at 0631am this morning of the appointment. A five hour window from 1100am - 0300pm."
