I signed a lease with the first place we looked! It was a studio high-rise unit with wood floors, washer/dryer facing the river. The building was in a great part of town and close to biking, trails and kayak rentals. Philip brought me in at a time when prices for the unit were low to fill the building and I got the place for a reduced rate. He exceeded my expectations with a great attitude, character of service and ease of process. I was happy he found something so unique for the price. I left the lease early to move home but if I ever move back Philip will be the person I call for housing in Austin”

The staff are friendly, helpful, and they make sure when things need to be fixed maintenance is on it. Although they deal with some who are less than understanding and nice they maintain their professionalism, smiles, and helpful nature's. It is a very nice property, and I love that washers and dryers are included in every unit. Nice weight room, and coffee bar inside the office. She went above and beyond at a very detrimental and stressful time in my and my husband's life with a 10 month old baby and needing a place within 4 days because our lease agreement was over she made sure she had a two-bedroom available I sign paperwork and pay the deposit on a Sunday and Saturday and we were able to move in right then and there she handed me the key that was the most relieving feeling I've ever felt at a time when I felt helpless. the apartment was in great condition with tile flooring it was already cleaned and ready to go every time we've had a problem with the water heater she has came and fix it the very next day every time we've had any type of issue I've called her and she has answered she's been very understanding with our situations and I I have never met someone so genuine authentic and wanting to help Miss Brenda thank you so very much I'm eternally grateful and I don't know how else to pay you back for this except for to be a great resident I know that we have Our situation that is at hand or you know you've understood and I greatly appreciate you taking into consideration that. “Let me start by saying my entire home is full of Home Zone furniture. They have good quality and decent prices. My most recent purchase was for my family room. I purchased their leather power reclining set which is very nice. My salesman was superb. He had a great attitude and seemed to be just an overall happy person. He brought rugs from the back to put with the furniture so I could see how it looked (what I was looking at was at the front of the store). He made sure I had water and the free ice cream as a treat. I am sure I will need something else in the near future, but that experience was as great as is with all my visits to the multiple Home Zone stores in our area.”

I Found a leak last nite while taking the trash out from the water main line into the house; Isabel, at the answering service was not only concerned but efficient in sending one of their plumbers ; Doug spent about 7 hours fixing a leak that was underneath the concrete walk path and saved us thousands of dollars digging instead of breaking the concrete!!
