"As these apartments were built back in the before the 70's they are constantly undergoing changing of management companies. SEVERLY over market rate as compared to other apartments in the area as in amentities, service, repairs, infestation and lack of care for the residents."

"Concord apartments definitely gave me a place to live for almost a year after having a difficult time getting accepted due two unpaid broken lease. This place is a second chance place! Jason maintenance/landlord helped me out with maintenance requests and answered my questions due to parking policies while having visitors over! I gave these apartments three stars. Two reasons one starting with having delay with moving in I felt there was a lack of communication between us but it was resolved. Due to this minor hiccup Jason called me advising me the progress of my apartment and stayed in professional manner even after blowing up! I do indeed think these apartments are a working progress but they are working hard to improve this location! My second reason is I dislike like how their leasing office is in New Jersey. Causing me to mail out money orders through mail. I do suggest in the future considering setting up an online website in order to pay rent or placing maintenance requests please!!! I'm pretty sure your looking on Google maps pictures and asking neighbors before moving in (I personally did it) how they feel about this place. My opinion is very much real. Google maps is showing a rough looking area but inside was different than what I expected. I love the kitchen!(black appliances) your home is what you make out of it! My neighbors definitely look out for me and my children."

"Place is a dump. Roaches and bed bugs in all the units. Maintenance barely knows what they are doing, and can only do any repairs with permission from the out-of-state landlord. Next to one of the buildings there's often feces and toilet paper on the ground. At night rats all around the fences and run freely across the parking lot. Last Summer my AC unit was down for 3 months and they gave me a wall unit that just cooled one room about 85 degrees. Mighta cool down more but my work order for a bedroom door had been in for 6 months. There's so much more wrong with that complex that I'm not even going to get into here just stay away far away."

"Hi all you guys out there looking for an apartment. I have been at this place for a little over a year now and let me tell you it is a hidden gem. Its a nice small quiet complex good hard working crowd. It does look a bit old from the outside but the new management completely refurbished the entire interior all new flooring,paint and appliances. Like i said great place to call home i just renewed my lease and plan on staying for a while."
