“Hello, I toured this community virtually numerous times and saw all the available one-bedroom floorplans. No matter the layout, the apartments were spacious and beautiful which made it so hard to choose! The community is small, newer, and has great amenities. I worked with Patrick, and I must say that it was a very pleasurable experience. He has the patience of a saint (for real), and a positive attitude. I live out of state so he took the time to facetime me with all my options by walking through each apartment, he made changes for me when I decided to make a different selection, he went and took measurements of a wall when he was at his busiest and the only one working in the leasing office, he was responsive to texts and calls, and never showed any frustration with me. I truly appreciate his dedication to providing a great customer experience and it is for this reason that I have decided to make Hunters Creek Apartments in Denton my new home! Thank you Patrick!”

Several of my neighbors have been here for a long time, so that says a lot. The manager is the best. She goes out of her way to help, no matter what her tenants may need. Having onsite management and maintenance is also a plus.”

She did a great job explaining what our options were and showing us around the community. I don’t believe I’ve ever met a staff member at an apartment complex with a better attitude. “I love this place. I’ve lived here for a month and it’s been amazing. If you read your lease throughly, there are no hidden fees or anything. They worked with my schedule and the Leasing office team were diligent in getting me a place that fit my needs. Maintenance is on top of it as well. After I submitted my inspection, within 24 hours someone was in to take care of the problems. For a fully furnished apartment, the price is amazing. They bill based on usage which I love because I’m very mindful of taking showers that are quick and not washing clothes twice and such. The front desk people are so sweet and kind and always make me feel at home. If I were you, I’d give this place a chance. They’ve really gotten to become a lovely place to live.”

“I have been living here at Trinity Pines since last year, my family and I really enjoy living here. The location is quiet, small and accesible to everything. The staff are always helpful and if something needs attention in my apt, the maintenance response time is great. If we move out it will be only because we are buying a house but since we are renting we are satisfied with Trinity Pines. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well taken care off. “Gazebo Apartments was my very first apartment here in Denton. I moved in Nov.2021 and found the experience overall quite pleasant. Plenty of space for just me and my cat. Rent is reasonable and the location is perfect right by the square. Sunny and Dan are very great managers and helped make the moving process easy. If you don't mind paying in checks or money orders and using coins in the on site laundry facility then this place is perfect. Old school with a new look. Living by a cemetery I thought I'd be creeped out but atleast its quiet. Overall if you're looking for a cheap one bedroom apartment close to everything you need, stop by and see it for yourself .”
