"Pretty disappointed so far. Supposed to be getting labs every 3-4 weeks and meds adjusted based on those levels. Results came in two days ago (it’s Friday) and I have yet to get a response about adjustments. By the time it’s actually reviewed by the provider, it’ll be Monday. Which means we are almost a week behind in changing meds. Meaning we won’t see the full effects of changes. I’ve been to two visits and have always had to call to follow up on my own results. Not professional and not really the people I’d want helping me through my first pregnancy if they aren’t even responsible enough to do what they say. I’ll probably look into switching offices."

"**Please keep in mind this was my first baby, and I was super uneducated. If I had known what I would endure I would’ve switched doctors way sooner** So I decided to choose WHSNT with my first child. Throughout my pregnancy Dr. Kindred shut down all my concerns, and treated me like I didn’t know anything about my body. After giving birth, I left the hospital with a UTI. (I was told by Dr kindred that the burning was normal)She didn’t express concern for that or any of my postpartum issues. I spent many nights crying and in pain. My husband had to take off work often just to help me with our son. For my 6 week checkup I did unfortunately go back to Dr Kindred and spoke to her about my traumatic birth, chronic UTIs, and pain from breastfeeding, she once again dismissed my feelings and symptoms and said “birth is traumatic.” She even laughed at a moment during labor when I was very vulnerable and scared. I’ve since been happily treated by other doctors and specialists and have made a full recovery. Although the trauma still lingers with me even 1 year later. Please, please do not go to this doctor. I had postponed writing this because I really don’t like to complain, but my husband and I both agreed we don’t want anyone else to be treated so poorly."

"From the front desk office personal, to Dr. Kindred, to having my blood taken.. this office is outstanding! Dr. Kindred and staff are understanding , patient, and really listened to me. You just don’t find this type of grace and kindness in an entire doctors office anymore. Office staff and Dr. Kindred has managed to maintain excellent bedside manners which allows me to feel ear ease going to the doctors office."
