"I was visiting from out of town and needed prescriptions filled. I tried the large nationwide drugstore chain and they ended up no longer accepting my insurance but instead of calling to let me know they waited until I got there at the end of the day to tell me. Luckily I had an extra day that’s when I found Renshaw Drugs. They filled my prescriptions, accepted my insurance and communicated with me the entire time. When I picked the prescriptions up the 2 ladies that helped me couldn’t have been more informative or kind. I’m at the end of my cancer treatment and it meant a lot to me that the transaction went smoothly. I will suggest them to my family and friends if they already aren’t using them."
"Needed a pharmacy that had a drive thru so I didn’t have to get both of my sick littles out of the car to pick up meds, and CVS was no longer in our network. Stopped here and they were the nicest people. The prescription was ready within the hour and everything was explained perfectly. I’ll no longer be going to big chain pharmacies after this experience.
