"I called up there multiple times to schedule and reschedule my son for his appointment and I was offered for myself. If free consultation that included a free exam in free x-ray I declined the offer twice and on the third time me rescheduling for my son I accepted the offer and scheduled myself an appointment as well Got there but wait time was ridiculously long and And two of the workers up there speak English, but we’re talking mess in Spanish. I told them that they shouldn’t be offering stuff that isn’t free. and when we get there, it’s not free. I won’t no longer be using their services. I see why their rating is so low. If I could give zero stars, I would give them zero stars. Also I seen a 3 or 4 workers eating food where they do the exams and stuff which is very unsanitary. They have a lunch break for a reason so why are they still eating where they do exam shaking my head."

"Disorganization and extortion It all started with the planning of the visit. To most of the questions I asked, the online assistant replied that he could not provide an answer. Nevertheless, I made an appointment for hygienic teeth cleaning. Before the visit, I decided to call because I had a few more questions. It turned out that my appointment was booked at a completely different location than I was told beforehand. If I hadn't called, I might not have known that I had to go to a different address than was agreed upon. On the day of the visit, I came to get my teeth сleaned, but instead I got something completely different: 1. Instead of cleaning, I was given an X-ray and a general examination of my teeth. They tried to sell as many services as possible. 2. I did not get a cleaning this visit. They said that this will be the next visit. No one warned me that it would be at least 2 visits. 3. According to the X-ray, it was advised to remove the wisdom teeth. And they tried many times to create an appointment for the removal of these teeth, despite my rejection of the offer. 4. There are no words to describe the frustration on how persistent they are at trying to sell braces. Even when I said that I have no interest and I don’t plan on getting braces, they continued to explain how they work. 5. I was picked up almost an hour later than my scheduled appointment. 2 small fillings were added to the next visit. Without providing any of the planned services yet, my card was charged 100%. Full prepayment before receiving services. Which also surprised me a lot. My second visit, again I didn't get my teeth cleaned. And again, no one warned me that there would be a third visit. Before the filling of the tooth, I was given anesthesia, which I asked not to be given. My facial muscles were sore for days. At the next visit, I again insisted that they not give me this pain relief, since I have been doing it without anesthesia all my life and I will feel bad if I get this. Without answering or saying anything, the doctor gave me an injection of painkiller with the word “sorry". Again several days of face pain, for a small filling, which was done in 5 minutes. The only good thing I can say is that I really liked the doctor who cleaned my teeth. A nice person and a good professional. Unfortunately, the rest is one negative."

"The team of medical professionals here did a good job in doing my oral surgery (wisdom tooth extraction). After just 24 hours, I feel so much better. They gave me all the care I needed to heal properly. I highly recommend! ♥️"

"Great experience here! Sara and Anna were really helpful! The assistants were welcoming and did a great job with my X-rays. Both the doctor and hygienist were thorough and didn’t make me feel bad for not having been to a dental office in a while. I had a bad experience in the past and wanted to drop kick everyone in the office, but I never once felt like using my 3 months of karate classes on anyone here! Highly recommend Brident!"
