“My son has been going to I-School since he was a one year old. From the moment we walked in the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I left the I-School for about 6 months to have my son attend a daycare closer to my work. Unfortunately it was an absolute nightmare and I returned as fast I could. April went above and beyond during the virtual room tour, answering all my questions, providing excellent recommendations, and processing my application within 2 days. On move-in day, April even checked in to offer assistance. Maintenance requests and emails to the property management team always receive immediate responses. The public areas, including the laundry area, are well-maintained, and they recently upgraded our mailbox. As a Ph.D. student, a comfortable and worry-free living environment is crucial.
