"Please stay away from this place. They will overcharge you. Norma (receptionist) is not helpful, never replies to the email or follow up on calls, always ask to pay prior to the services rendered. Sue (hygenist) great, very professional and approachable and I was comfortable going to her. I have been going to this place few years and had my insurance covering my services all this time and nothing has changed on my insurance . But the last 2 years ( management changed?)every cleaning visit, this dental place has been overcharging me to pay out of pocket saying this and that is not covered by your insurance. It was not a pleasant experience. Then, finally I had to walk out of this place and decided to find another dental place. I found another great place with great customer service, friendly and professional staff where I didn't had to pay a single penny out of my pocket for the same services last time. Southern Dental Stafford is money hungry people, only focused on profit. Stay away from this place. Please please shop around as there are many great dental places out there who provide services with much honesty and with no greed. .They were over charging me. I would suggest please going for a second opinion and see the price differences yourself."

"I love Dr. Nala Sullivan, she is down to earth, professional and helpful. Norma (dental assistant/receptionist) is a sweetheart, always goes above and beyond her duty and is willing to help with a big heart. Nagma & Sue (hygenist) are great, very professional and approachable, nice and helpful. I feel like visiting an extended part of my family every visit and I would suggest this practice to anyone. My only complaint is the front desk receptionist Chris. Chris is nasty, disrespectful and rude. We're in the middle of a pandemic and he always has his mask down below his nose and month. He has coughed in my face 4x (once 3 weeks ago 2x after I came out from a cleaning and didn't have my mask on as it was time to leave) as I was paying for services and scheduling my next appointment Chris coughed in my face and didn't apologize, or excuse himself or bat an eye as if he'd done nothing wrong. I put my mask on quickly of course. Today I went in for a root canal, and was at the front desk signing for my treatment and he had the audacity to request payment before my services and his nasty self coughed in my face yet again 2x, I said yuck and put on my mask and then asked him to cover his mouth. At this request he pulled the blue thin mask over his lips only and kept coughing without putting his hand over his pie hole mouth or apologizing. I brought this to the attention of his manager Chris (female) who apologized for this overly grown man's behavior and said it has been brought to her attention before about him, but he allegedly has a medical condition and she would be sure he wears his mask going forward. SMH I don't care what kind of condition he has it could be COVID-19, hepatitis, whooping cough, pneumonia or HIV. I don't want him coughing in my face or even in my presence without a mask on, it is disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate, highly offensive and nasty. It's just as nasty as someone hog spitting in your eyes or mouth. Chris should be reprimanded or fired, he puts a bad stain on Southern Dental and is the reason I didn't give them 5 stars. He clearly needs medical attention because in the last 5 visits he's always coughing and never wearing a mask. Prior to him being there as a receptionist and scheduler they were a 5 star dental office. UPDATE - Chris is gone! Thank goodness and the office is great! Good people, good prices and great service! I love the staff!"

"I called to make an appointment for my husband. The receptionist was rude and dismissive. I had the audacity to take 30 secs to find my husbands insurance card, so she decided to snap at me, and I decided we can find a better dentist for our family. It's not difficult to be patient and kind, especially when that is your entire job."
