"My dentures broke and I was looking for a place to fix them. They got me in super quick and had them fixed while I was there. When you walk in you get such a great greeting from Kasey. She is super sweet and always has a smile on her face. I will be honest I don’t like going into the dentist but the dental assistant named Dana is absolutely wonderful. She is the one that I want to see all the time. She makes you feel super comfortable and at ease. I am now having a complete set made from them and can’t wait. I seen two different dentist and I don’t remember their names but they were both wonderful. They have a great office manager by the name of Summer that will sit down with you and explain the different options you have. The whole staff was great and friendly."

The doctor and hygienist are well educated and it shows. you definitely get what you pay for here and what i got was value and amazing dentistry. "Proceed with caution. I typically go to a small family owned business in Midlothian but I've since moved farther away so I thought I'd try something closer to home. I had heard the name 'Aspen Dental' but that's it. I didn't realize it was so corporate heavy...I kept feeling uneasy with the atmosphere and felt like leaving a few times during my visit. I spent 3+hrs there and was a bit shocked at some of the things I was told, as well as the sales pitch speeches I was given, and then the pushiness to get me to agree and schedule with the plan set up for me that was roughly $800-2000. I left the office and immediately called the other dentist and scheduled for a second opinion. Didn't tell them what all I was told at Aspen, which by the way felt like they just kept adding things on to my 'plan' to get the highest cost out of me even after I said I wasn't interested in a few of those things right now. The family dentist confirmed 2 of the 5 issues that Aspen said I had or needed to get done. The family dentist also only charged me roughly $200 for it all, whereas Aspen was going to charge roughly $900 for gum treatment I didn't need and (I think 4?)fillings. I knew my teeth were not as bad as I was being told but they kept telling me otherwise because they knew I hadnt been to a dentist in a bit. I feel bad for any gullible individuals that may go here and spent 3x the cost, with insurance coverage, because a company wants to take advantage and trains employees more on sales pitching conversations. I promise you can find quality care for a decent price and not spent 3x that here."

"I went in as a new patient last time I went to dentist was when I was 8years old. I’m currently in a leadership role and I needed a confidence boost for when I had stand in front of everyone to give meetings and speaking directly to individuals. Excellent service felt safe and very well trained staff highly knowledgeable in there field. We came up with an attack plan and currently happy and grateful for results looking forward to see end results. Thank yall very much I’ll make sure to recommend my friends and family."
