"I went there for a routine woman’s wellness visit that should have been totally covered under insurance for a yearly exam. Instead they coded it where I have to pay $140.19 in which is wrong. Just because they say it was a new patient. So this is the way you treat your new customers. Be aware new patients that they over charge your account refuse to code it as a normal wellness visit as it is and your woman’s wellness visit is far from free as it is supposed to be. What is really bad is I thought I found my permanent physician to do my wellness visit. I called them and my insurance company and they are filing a grievance about this unfair and unethical practice. Why would you overcharge your potential new patient in this matter by using a code that charges them this amount. I was told by my primary care to get wellness check and it is free because insurance pays for it. Not here because they think it is ok to charge extra for new patients even though you get the same care. What a way to treat new patients just because you never been there. Good way to make sure I don’t come back. I also called Vanderbilt billing and nobody cares there. Just want to warn new patients and wish someone told me and I would have avoided them like the plague. I have filled a grievance and have also reached out to Vanderbilt, but no one takes responsibility."

"I visited this office a few months back because I am having problems breathing post-covid. I appreciated them doing a full work up, but at the end of the appointment they insisted I get a covid test and they wondered if thats why I was having breathing issues ... but thats literally the whole reason I was there... post.. covid... breathing issues. It felt like a slap in the face and I was super confused."
