"Would have rated the store more but No! Can’t imagine a stylist whom I have been in talk with earlier could cunningly turn down/cancelled a little girl’s appointment whose birthday is a day ahead. She rushed to block us at the entrance preventing us entry. She isn’t even sorry or remorseful about her words. Hair weaves were so tight, the kids and I felt a tight skull after her braids/weaves. So insensitive to customer feelings. Would not be going there for salon. Store has good stock and the owner is reasonable than the stylist I dealt with."
