Apple Dental

"I used to go here. I thought I was being taken care of. Since then, I have seen a new dentist, (as Sarah has not returned my calls/emails for the last year of trying), who has informed me that I now have to have all the work that was done by Dr. Lovely taken out and re-done. I am in extreme pain as all my crowns are seated wrong and are now damaging my gums. I am also out thousands of dollars and feel taken advantage of. UNBELIEVABLE."

"I have been going to Apple dental 4 months o most 5 months my teeth are not fixed they done my root canal 2 months ago they never sent my insurance for me to get crowns done they have never once returned my phone calls what a dam shame. It's o most Christmas I should have a beautiful smile but no."

"They don’t take anyone over the age of 28 no matter if you have insurance or not. A very crazy ‘policy’ to have when they have “family” on their website. Update: Pretaining to their response i want to add that they doubled down on their policy for ONLY serving people 28 or up after i asked if i could pay out of pocket without insurance. Which is why i stated that in my original review. There was no confusion, i heard them very well. Good luck to your business"

"They had a cancelation for later the same day, so I grabbed the appointment for my wife. She couldn't get her car started, so I called to let them know we couldn't make it, but no one answered the phone, so i left a message. Next day I get a voice-mail saying neither of us are welcome back since we didn't keep the last minute appointment they offered. I would steer clear of this place if I were you."

"I have seen a few negative comments on the dental office and I feel like most need to be reminded that there are only there a few days a week that being the first thing I want to address. I actually sent an email I believe after finding out that they do take Tenncare Now and the lady that called me back was prompt and professional, the dentist was thorough in explaining exactly what was going on, and the options I had and even told me he could start removing my top teeth that day! They had my insurance checked and looked at before I even made appointment, which was helpful. I showed up roughly 45 minutes early and somebody had not shown up and the dentist actually walked out and waved me in and although it does take a little bit of time getting prior authorizations, and what not all in all, I’ve had nothing but a five-star experience! That to me is huge because I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with dental procedures in the past! They even sent me a referral over to the oral surgeons office, who were also prompt and getting me in."
