Really they have taken all the time and planning to set this up. You can sit outside and launch campfire or walk around. Our family loved the ambience. It is not far from Pigeonforge area and is really accessible to basic amenities. Do not miss memories of Lord of the Rings experience"

"This place is a great! They're located in feels like the middle of nowhere, which is great for that getaway feeling of being out in nature away from the city, but are only about 15 min away from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! The house was wonderfully decorated and cozy. It was rented at a great price as well!!! We took our three kids and they loved it! We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Best place to stay in the Smokey mountains! The vibe of this place is amazing. When you drive into the parking lot the first thing you see is a giant hobbit wall and the side of the mountain with hobbit themed tiny homes. They have cool fire pits, community cooking and hangout areas, chickens that lay fresh eggs to eat, what else could you ask for on a fun vacation stay? There was even an outdoor electric outlet so I could charge my car in the parking lot while I stayed the night. If you are coming to the area you need to stay here."

"This place is magical. The hobbit houses are unique and each one has its own theme. We stayed in the Artist. Two kids and two adults. We had plenty of room and put the pull out couch up during the day. Lots of community spaces to lounge and enjoy your time. There are chickens and the eggs are first come first serve which was fun for the kids to go check and see if there were any. Smoky Mountain National Park is 20 minutes away where we spent an entire day playing in the river and another day hiking. So many cool places around the area especially with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so close by. We will for sure be back!"
