"A couple of days ago a hit-and-run driver sideswiped my car when he crossed over the double line. I was fine, although a little rattled. I went over to the Erie office, which wasn’t that far away, and they advised me what to do. After getting a police report from the sheriffs department I went back over there and they filed a claim immediately. Within an hour after arriving back home, I got a call from the claims adjuster. A short time after that, I scheduled the car to be repaired at a local body shop and the rental car agency called to arrange a rental car. While the accident was certainly no fun and unexpected the service I received from Vallie insurance and Erie adjusters was excellent. I would highly recommend them."

They've taken care of all our insurance needs going into year #4 and give good service and fight for you when there's another insurance company involved and trying to get out of paying what they should for their at-fault customer. The other company tried to get us to go clear to Kingsport to get our vehicles evaluated for them to pay, but Vallie Insurance made sure I could get it looked at and repaired locally and the other insurance had to honor it. They even paid for a rental car while I waited for mine to be repaired. Thanks for your great customer service and personal touch, Vallie Insurance. :)"
