"This is a MOTEL, contrary to what the overview says. This was okay for a motel but still a lot to be desired, especially when we had stayed at several BWs on our roadtrip. Creepy and dirty corridors between rooms where the ice machine was. No elevator which was unfortunate as we had heavy luggage and were on the 2nd floor. Breakfast had no hot food or milk when we went down. It works in a pinch, but we wouldn’t go back."

"My experience was absolutely horrible during my short stay here. The room was FILTHY. Bugs crawling on the ceiling, windows, curtains and window ledge. Stains on the pillow cases and towels. Dirt and dust all built up on the window unit for A/C and heat, which was being held together by duct tape. The sink was severely clogged and not draining properly. And there were dead insects of some sort on the floor. I had to lay a walkway of towels all along the floor because I refused to walk on it without some sort of barrier. The pillows (for a king size bed) were a joke. Not even king size pillows. You can hear every single car that passes on the interstate behind the building. Awful, Awful experience at this motel. I will never stay here again."

"Not a high end hotel, but not meant to be. Very clean, great price for the night, booking and check in were easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe and is located very close to ST Thomas Rutherford hospital (we stayed the night before my surgery). I am very pleased and will definitely stay again if I need to be in the area."

"Good value for the price but not the level of quality we've come to expect from Best Western. Room sheets were clean and price was reasonable. Breakfast was good. Better than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did have a couple of issues. They were exposed pipes in the bathroom. The pool filter was off and the pool had a lot of bugs on top of the water which made swimming an unpleasant experience."

"Room was excellent. Beds and pillows were outstanding. We slept really well. Shower was good and hot! AC was weak. It was 100° when we got there and the AC could barely keep the room cool. After the sun went down the temp outside dropped and the AC did a good job keeping us comfortable. The refrigerator didn't do anything. Wasn't working as far as I could tell. Fantastic access to anything food or shopping. All within half a mile. Overall a great place to stay. We're using it on our way back!"
