"Very unprofessional & inconsiderate. My daughter recently had a fever, so I called & left a message for the nurse on call who said she'd call back, never did. Second, I had to do a follow-up within 2 days, so I called to schedule an appointment. The earliest I could get her in was 19 days later. Now, her 6 month appointment (originally in July) was rescheduled because the PA wouldn't be in; it was scheduled to August, putting my baby far behind. About the staff I've encountered: very rude with an exception of one lady & guy (don't know their names). I noticed the nurse who called us back there did not document all of my concerns when I looked back on my daughter's chart. As for James Carter, he is beyond disrespectful & condescending towards young mothers, especially first time mothers like myself.. He does not take my concerns seriously, was very rough with my daughter (when touching her soft spot), & talks to me as if I'm dumb. He left a bad impression during our first appointment. I'm really considering switching peds. Would not recommend; this office would be my last resort."
"I have been taking my 13 year old granddaughter to Dr. Carter since birth. He and the staff are the best. She is always taught lessons from Dr. Carter. He listens! He takes the time to know what my granddaughter is interested in. He is ALWAYS teaching. I learn there too! He believes in instilling/planting knowledge in his patients. I've never had a bad experience from the front to the back of that office. They represent the greatness that they want our children to grow up to be! Onward and upward! I could go on and on, but I will just say, if there is a bad review, check yourself, and atop all things, we as humans are entitled to a bad moment in time. Thank you Dr. Carter and staff"
