"Terrible communication. They kept my treatments in limbo until me and my doctor got fed up with waiting. Patients deserve proper care and access to their regular treatment plan. Trying to get information from them while they're so cold and uncaring is very disheartening. I don't need my ego catered to but I also won't tolerate someone saying "oh, well..." in a condescending tone."
"In the midst of a pandemic, the supplies were delivered by a courier who did not wear a mask or gloves and asked us to sign four different sheets of paper without practicing social distancing. This is concerning because of this is the practice of the couriers, what do the fulfillment facilities look like? I am supposed to put this stuff inside my body and I am rattled about whether it is safe to do so or not."
