"Mitch is a great person to work with, and he's supported by a quality install team with Jeff and his crew. Additionally, the people who work within the store were super helpful as we decided what we wanted to go with for our house - we debated between partial wood and carpet and they supported our considerations by walking us through the store with different things in mind. Mitch performed the measurements and assessed our living/dining and master bedroom where we wanted to replace existing engineered hardwood and carpet with something different. Mitch was very forthright about the different kinds of flooring available and the general costs. He also gave me a quick rundown of potential costs we might run into during the demo process. Overall, he ensures that you're not going to be taken by surprise by anything within the process whether it's price or timing. Jeff is the leader of the install team. Like Mitch, he explained the process to me well so there were no surprises and no guessing about how long it would take. They were very courteous and went out of their way to create a baby proofed demo process so no staples hurt my one-year-old child over the four day install period. Overall, Mitch and his team at Carpet One will be the first people I go to for any other projects. We're incredibly happy with the look and quality of what we selected, and the process was much easier than we expected."
