"The folks in the store were great. I don't know paint. They listened to what I wanted to do, made a suggestion, easy. Then when I wanted to pay, they encouraged me to "come back tomorrow" when the sale started. Sorry I didn't get the man's name, but I saw him the next day when I picked up the paint and thanked him. Well done!"

"The best place in Maryville to buy paint. Our favorite sales person is Ruben. He takes time to help me make sure that I have the right paint and goes as far as to take the samples into different lights to show me how they will contrast and look in different places. He also always leads me in the right direction for the right type of paint that I need. We go to the store looking for him to be there for his knowledge and expertise."

"We bought some paint today that was supposed to be one coat. After applying it to the wall we can still see the old color through it. The color looked good on one wall because of the lighting but bad on the other three. We decided to return it to the store after only dipping the brush in it once. The woman that was helping us explained the return policy and that they can not accept returns. We asked a few questions about the return policy because it was not covering the wall in one coat. We then asked if they could help find a different color that would work well in our room. A male staff member butted in instead of letting the woman who was helping us answer the questions. He tapped the small label on top of the can and said in an angry tone, it says right here not returnable. Then he turned his back and walked off. We decided to leave and go elsewhere to buy paint. The man then turned around and in an extremely sarcastic voice said, you have a great rest of your day. Wasting money on poor paint is not what upset me. The tone of the guy who butted in is what got to me. He had no reason to butt in, he added nothing to the conversation and he upset customers who have shopped there many times. There was no attempt to at customer service, only sarcastic and rude behavior. I can accept that they have a specific return policy but I cannot accept his behavior. We will never return."

"Needed help finding samples to match my blue print. Instead of walking over they wrote down some code to help me find them. Still it was very much hunt and peck to find them. Went back to desk to ask if anyone had time to actually walk over to the samples and help me find. I was told they were very busy. Then they helped. I let them know I was as well. Took the guy less time to find sample colors than it did the girl to look up grid numbers for their samples on computer. Why the attitude?"
