"Can never get a hold of any one when it's needed"
"I thought this place would be a nice quite place to live , but I found out otherwise after I moved in. I was told some stuff by manager but not all of it. I didn't know that there wasn't a elevator until I got ready to move in. Was shown a virtual tour of apartment didn't really get to see in it. Day Of move in she showed me the apartment , air conditioner/ heater combo wasn't cleaned , I was told to get my vaccum and clean it myself , I said I don't own a vaccum cleaner and places that I have stayed the mantience people usually do that. Two nights after move in the loud music starts , sometimes until 2:00- 3:00 in the morning and among other things. I've had enough , a year was to long for me . Moving soon , enough is enough for me."
"This apartment is a gem in Germantown. It is quiet and well maintained by property manager Jeci. I am impressed by the quick response time when issues arise. The floor plan makes maximum use of available space and is inviting. The location is perfect for downtown or jumping on the highway."
"Very affordable for the location. Close to downtown but far enough zaway to stay out of major traffic. Appliances are ok, but not the best but the hard wood floors and high ceilings are nice. Maintenance staff has been questionable in the past but is well run currently. Overall you can’t find a better place in a prime location for a better price. Very satisfied with what I pay for my place."
