"Ms. Cindy is an amazing manicurist instructor. It's a great school to get your Nail technician license. I was nervous at first but if you aren't afraid of pushing yourself and putting in the work, study, and practice in it's a good place to learn. Take a tour of the school and check out the nail room! Ms. Cindy cares about her students and has helped me and all the girls I graduated with through their state testing. Show up on time, work hard, be good to everyone, and be yourself! You can have fun while learning and I'm glad I chose Queen City."

I came to Queen City College wanting to get a big chop and Melanie completely exceeded my expectations. "I went in for a eyebrow wax, pedicure, and a wash, cut and dry. The first two were absolutely phenomenal and I loved every moment. But when I went for the hair the girl Johanna, she started my hair, did a great job with the wash and then was only able to get half of my hair cut before she left and clocked out which then left me sitting for a long while for the instructor to finish cutting my hair, when it came to blow dry, another girl was instructed to do that and had two brushes that had hair still in them, I asked about it and was told that they were still disinfected. I just wanted to leave as i had already been there since 11:15am and it was roughly 3:15. The instructor took over the blow drying after roughly 10 minutes and i checked out. Due to the circumstances I was not charged for the wash and cut, which i was highly grateful for. Cut a few hours later at home, and my front hairline is burning. I look in the mirror and the lo and behold, I have sores. I washed my scalp and face thoroughly with dial antiseptic soap and am praying that I wont have to go to the doctors for whatever reaction I am having. I have photos of the reaction for just in case the college sees this review. I am in no way mad about it or holding any one party responsible, I just want them aware of the reaction from either the products or tools used on my hair."
