"I've been living at Riverwalk for almost 7 years. I absolutely love my apartment and I've enjoyed my time here. The apartments are spacious and fairly priced, which is difficult in this county anymore. I have so much respect for the owners for not gauging. While I understand the negativity of the past concerning the staff, it hasn't been like that in a while. They have new management and the staff is wonderful. I make a priority to chat with them because they're good people. They don't tolerate a tenant being a nuisance and causing problems to the other tenants simply for living in their apartment. Every time I've needed a maintenance request, it has been prompt and they're always super friendly. They keep the property maintained and peaceful. Honestly, you couldn't ask for a better place to live."
"I have lived at Riverwalk for 7 years. While I can see the negative posts in the past, please know that new management took over about a year or so ago and are COMPLETELY different. Things have progressed into the better difference."

"Living condition and value are good. Maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The staff at the main office are the most rude people I have ever dealt with . Almost 5 years renting from them , never once late on a payment and was talked to like a second class person. I have not and will never recommend these properties to anyone. I feel so fortunate the property I rent was sold to someone decent ."
