Whether you're a local resident or visiting the area, Northwest Sports Complex is easily accessible from major highways. If you're traveling southbound on I-75, take I-640 and exit at Western Avenue (Hwy 62 West). Continue for approximately 10 miles, and you'll find us on the right. For those coming from I-40 westbound, exit at 385/75 North & I-640, then take Exit 1 for Western Avenue (Hwy 62 West) and travel around 10 miles to reach our location on the right. If you're heading northbound on I-75/40, switch to I-140 East and take exit 376 toward Oak Ridge/Maryville. Merge onto TN-162 via exit 376A, continue toward Oak Ridge for about 5 miles, then take Hwy 62 East for approximately 3 miles, and you'll see the complex on the left.
