"Do not go to this office!! The dentist is incompetent and doesn't care anything about her patients! I went in on Wednesday to have a tooth taken out and she was not able to do it. She advised me that I would have to go see an oral surgeon. The office called and made the appointment, the surgeon won't be able to see me until the 21st. I am expected to go through this horrible pain for 11 days. Dr Hamid is trash and so is her service. I asked her to give me antibiotics and.she didn't l. The only thing she gave me was a script for 800mg of Ibuprofen I told her that I had been taking Motrin and that I was taking that and she assured me that the Motrin would help and if I was still in pain to call her back and she would give me something stronger. I called and she just told me that there was noth!ng she could do! DO NOT GO To THIS OFFICE?"
"My experience with as a new patient of Castle Dental has been wonderful the last two months! The first appointment we did x-rays and made a plan, the second we did the cleaning, and the third was fillings. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming and called me when the year switched over and helped figure out my new insurance. The Dental Hygienist did a fantastic job and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Hamid and her assistant walked me through everything and made sure I knew what was going on. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a dentist, they are only a 10 minute drive from East Nashville and right off the highway."
