"I hadn’t been to Chili’s in ages. Saw a movie across the street, so we thought we would give Chili’s a try. Still the best Chips and salsa around. Great food and beverage specials- even on the weekend. Best of all, EXCEPTIONAL service!!! Sage was kind, attentive, intuitive and made coming back to Chili’s a no-brainer. "Great Chilis to eat at. We had a party of 10, called ahead and the table was waiting for us, that's awesome, especially on a Friday night. Waitress was great and took great care of us. Standard Chili food was good as always."
"The worst customer service ever. It started with the hostess who wrote the wrong name down and never texted me for my table. The server for the table did not do a good job. It took 30 minutes for the appetizer to come. Another 30 minutes to tell me they did not have any egg rolls. They were all frozen. Piss Poor!!! What restaurant runs a skeleton crew on the weekend? I will never return."
"Our server Brie was amazing. First off we didn't get there until thirty minutes before closing. Brie said to take out time and gave some of the best service I have had in a long time. The food didn't disappoint either, but Brie was the real hero"
"I have been to this location a couple of times, but today has been my 3rd time in a row having Kelly as my server. Every time I go I look forward to seeing her; I have also started bringing friends with me to experience how amazing she is! Kelly is energetic, personable, helpful, and overall just an amazing person and server. She has just treated me and my friends so well every single time and I am very greatful for that. Today she got us to-go cups and she wrote sweet messages on them "
