"Receptionist was super sweet which is nice when you don't feel good. All the staff were nice actually which is really rare. Dr. Mutter was trying her best to meet everyone's needs even though you could tell she was exhausted too. Appointment time was accurate even though they were busy. Will definitely use this location again"

"This extremely rude staff woman violated my child's HIPPA rights by putting the phone on speaker when I asked to discuss insurance and opening the partition. Everyone in the waiting room heard my personal information which I have witnesses to. She refused to listen to the fact we had met our out of pocket maximum, even when I offered proof of this. This woman needs to learn how to speak politely to customers- she started off with an attitude and just refused to speak with me. When my son politely asked for her name, she refused to give even her first name so I could call and complain to a manager, I asked him to take this picture so I could refer the managers to whom the correct employee is. Fast pace then called my son and threatened him with civil litigation. I called and spoke with someone at the office two days ago who informed me there was an investigation into the employee's actions. I asked to have a director or manager call me, but have heard nothing back. Run like the plague from this place- they obviously don't care about patients or what's right. I will be filling a HIPPA complaint against her. Update- STILL waiting on a contact from corporate management."

"Upon arrival, I was immediately informed there could be a possibly long wait time due to being short-staffed. My wait ended up being about 20-25 minutes, which I was ok with. This was my second visit to fast-paced and the first time there were many more peope in the waiting room and they took me back quickly. Front desk employee was very polite. Nurse was a little brusque, but probably due to being so short-staffed, which is very understandable. Doctor was polite and both made sure I didn't have any other concerns. Got my tests and prescription sent quickly. I will probably go back when needed."

"Quick and easy. I scheduled an appointment for the morning time the night before and I arrived and was immediately treated. I was tested for several sicknesses and I ended up having strep throat. Staff were all friendly, empathetic, and professional. Even with it being the day before thanksgiving. The doctor (I forgot her name) even came back in to examine me further after my test results came back to make sure we were diagnosing the right illness. As someone who has always had a very strong fear and phobia of going to the doctors, the staff helped make this experience more comfortable for me!"
