"Giving them a 1 because that’s the lowest I could review. They were terribly rude and was going to deny service to my son. The front receptionist didn’t know what she was doing so she had the xray tech come talk to me. She has no business working with the public. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though we have insurance, due to the fact they want a debit or credit card on file. If it wasn’t late and my son was sick, I would have gone somewhere else."
"Good experience. Did not take terribly long to be seen even though I did not have an appointment. Staff members were very nice and knowledgeable!"
"My daughter was diagnosed with a virus at Fast Pace. Her schools policy will not allow her to return to class until her temperature is below 100° without fever reducing medication for 24 hours. I was told they do not provide physician notes for viruses. Please take my advice and go somewhere else!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment and waited nearly 3 hours to be seen. What is the point of offering appointments if you get put in the walk-in lineup when you arrive anyway? Once I got in, I got tests done requiring swabbing. They used two swabs for my nose at the same time and it was a very forceful interaction. My throat swab was also aggressive and I will not be returning after today."
"My experience with Fast Pace was excellent! The staff was kind, patient, compassionate, and efficient! Alexis at the front was friendly and professional. Dee and Ethan were absolutely patient and wonderful testing my child and myself. Bailey the provider was wonderful and took the time to listen. Everyone was super kind and helped to put my nervous child at ease. Would definitely recommend to others!"
