"Don't go here they requested personal information on the game profiles when I tried to pawn my Xbox, they don't need that information but they wanted it saying they needed access to it, if you bought a console from a pawn shop before and it had a profile if they needed to give the code to the next person to buy it, that would give them access to all your personal data your card information address all the games you bought digitally which can be hacked and stolen. That's sheisty don't go here!"

"The acting manager in here now is horrible. She is always mad, rude, make you wait like your less than. Has problem with everything. The store is empty because they don’t take anything because she always says no upon approval. Someone else should take over because her energy customer is unacceptable, lacks proper customer service, and a over stuck up person light skin lady that has to approve very rude service"

"This was my first experience with any pawn shop ever. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and was assisted by a gentleman immediately when entering through the door. He also greeted me (which is very important to me). I explained to him that I was assisting a friend out of state he quoted me a price. I relayed the information and he stated I could come back the next day. This is the very next day (afternoon), I entered the store just standing there waiting to be assisted. I approached this lady who came from the back, shirt jacked up look like she was sleep. She never greeted me (act like she didn't want to do her job). So I told her I came in on yesterday & was quoted a price by another employee. So she processed and entered my info as a pawn. So I asked her to explain the process. Why would I be given a percentage on something that's supposed to be cash value. She stated that I said I was pawing the item. I never used the word pawn when she started to assist me. She appeared bothered because she wasn't listening. She then supposedly voided the pawn out to a cash transaction. My statement her then was I need to be sure it was voided because I didn't want anything discrepancies after leaving. While doing all of this she had 2 others alongside of her that needed her and she kept stopping to do so. She was talking slick "let me try to be patient"??????? I kept my composure and didn't say anything. So long story short lol.... I did let her know she has poor customer service. I feel sorry for her because she won't get far with that attitude. I'll pray for this company and whomever else she works for because I've never understood grown women acting like children on their job. Please lead by example. Because you get what you put out.......I will never step foot in this business of anybody else that I know!!!!!!! $ Have a bless day...."
