"Ive waited to make this HOPING they would make it right.... Nope... So here it goes.. As we were sitting waiting for paperwork to get printed a gentleman comes in who I thought was very rude. Now I understand why. 4 years ago my husband got glasses and everything went fine everyone was nice and helpful, he loved them. He decided to go back this year and get the same ones... After hearing what all that gentleman went through should've been a red flag, we proceeded to get his paperwork done with the glasses he wanted and was told they would be back in 14 days( and before you come at me and say you said 20 like you said over the phone you're full of it) my husband called and they weren't in. He calls every day to every other day to see where his glasses are, we'll they finally came in but weren't up to "quality" and were sent back. At this time my husband is pissed and says cancel it, forget it I don't want them. He was then told in a bullying tone that "he WAS going to get them or they would be donated. He calls the insurance company tells them what happened and they call them and ask them to retract the payment, they said they would, insurance even gave them the number. He calls back the next day to make sure that it was retracted and was told yes. Called the insurance back and to our surprise (sarcastically) the 3rd party "refused" to do it. Now he can't go anywhere else because they've used up almost $600 (58 something and some change) I mean if someone isn't happy with the services or products you provide and they ask for that retracted or refunded the I don't know common sense thing to do would be to um do it?? Hey maybe I'm wrong. Don't worry, I will be handling the insurance company again. You definitely shouldn't tell people that they are going to do something especially when they've asked for it refunded, and don't say that's not what happened... I was right there listening. Yall were great in 2020 what happened?????? Just letting everyone know, no need to comment. Have a wonderful day!!"

Their staff is always friendly, the techs are excellent with my children, and they always go above and beyond with scheduling to work my family in at one time due to my work schedule and commute to their office. "Always feel confident in the doctors here. Saw David today but Melissa is wonderful as well. The optical center staff seemed stressed. It was apparent the lady who helped me, really wasn’t having a great day. I told her I understood, her response was a stern “No you don’t! You really don’t!” I hope she has a better day tomorrow. All in all, it was a good visit."
