"It's sad they do not treat you like a human being at the Leonard family comprehensive breast center! They act like your an inconvenience and do not care that you are scared for the operation. While I sat in the waiting room the person who answers the phone is extremely rude and just stares at you when you try and check in. She yells with people on the phone and has an attitude with everyone. Her name is Millie and I was flabbergasted by how she treats everyone. This is a very sensitive situation for people and a little compassion goes a long way!!"

"I missed an appointment 9/11/2023 but I went in today not realizing that I had the day wrong. I was scheduled for a diagnostic mammogram, I was trying to figure out why and how was I going to have one. As I have had a radical double mastectomy. Due to cancer, I have no breast tissue.The receptionist just kept shaking her head yes at everything I asked. I didn't find this amusing at all."
