"Made an appt on the phone easily & my oil change was fast - Bruce is the best advisor! He lmk what work needing to be completed, the order of importance (since there were several items), & recommended due dates! He will be my advisor moving forward! Also random but their drink machine is great - have coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, espresso, literally everything lol!"
"I was sold a brand new car in Jan of 2022. I have had multiple issues with it. This time it was a battery that I was told by the service department it was a gel battery. I have had to get 8 jumps. I even used roadside assistance with Nissan twice while still under warranty. In June, I was on the 4th jump and brought the car in. I was told the battery was good. This was not true. In Aug, I brought it in for the same issue I'd been calling about which is the car constantly stopping on me, even twice on top of Lookout Mountain. When I brought the car in in June they said it didn't show codes so they couldn't figure it out. By August it stopped in the parking lot of the dealership and the codes proved to be the battery like I'd been saying for months. They told me I have a gel battery and refused to assistant me with replacing it because by the time they found out the issue I was 217 miles outside my warranty. They totally ignored the fact I had been complaining about this constantly while it was under warranty. It's not my fault their testing failed. They refused to goodwill me a new battery and quoted me almost $500.00 for a new gel battery. I reached out to Consumer Affairs and the case agent didn't even listen fully to my complaint and thought I was calling for a reimbursement. That word had never even come out of my mouth. The dealership Service Manager is blaming Nissan and Nissan Consumer Affairs is putting it back on the service department. I took my car to a specialist and found out my car doesn't even have a gel battery. It was a flooded lead acid battery. They not only refused to help me, they were over pricing me for something I didn't even have. I absolutely would NEVER EVER recommend Nissan or Mtn View Nissan to anyone!!!!!"
