"This is a review for the Belle Meade location. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly. I was early for my appointment but did not have to wait long. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names. The person checking me in was very friendly and helpful. The nurse who took me to the back was extremely nice and explained everything in detail. She answered my questions to my satisfaction and reassured me when I seemed nervous. The staff who did my procedure went over everything again and made me feel at ease. The procedure itself was quick and professional. They explained what they were doing at each step. I would definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone."

"From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front counter were very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. The wait time was minimal and there was only one paper to fill out, instead of an entire stack. The lady performing my MRI was very accommodating and comforting. She made sure I was comfortable and not anxious prior to starting and assured me it would not take very long. I highly recommend Premier Radiology for your MRI, upon leaving they burned a CD of images to take with me. Overall a 5 star experience."

"After waiting a month for an appointment, the billing department calls and tells me I need a referral from my PC. No I don't, I have Medicare and Tricare as a secondary. NOT the first time the folks in the billing department have done this to me. They need retrained, fired. Will not go there again."

Hard to say she made it a fun procedure, but it was fast - to the point and she is just a joy to be around. The Madison location really worked for me. Thank you all"

"I had my MRI in March 15, 2023, was told I had to pay $823, since I had not met my deductible. I was never told I needed to set an appt just to get the results of the MRI so after a couple of weeks, I called and set the appt. Fast forward to early May 2023, and I get my EOB from UHC to discover I should have only paid $164.67 for the MRI. They sent PR the EOB on March 10, 2023 showing I should have only paid the $164.67 (they emailed me the same thing they sent PR so they knew well in advance what I needed to pay) I called for a refund for the way over payment and as of today, I still do not have my refund. 5/23/2023 - update Called and spoke to several supervisors due to the $658.33 overpayment on my account, and I have to now wait 30-60 days from the date that I called them on 5/10/2023, even though they got payment from my insurance company on 4/3/2023, to get back so that they can investigate the overpayment. Apparently, when my insurance company sent the payment for their portion, they are assuming that is what caused the overpayment on my account and not the fact that their local office overcharged me to begin with, despite having the EOB 5 days prior to my appointment that stated my portion was only $164.67. If you can, DO NOT GO TO PREMIER RADIOLOGY FOR ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE CALLED AND VERIFIED WITH YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER, THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY IMAGING!!!"
