"My husband Went in to return two items that he purchased 2 days ago (yes he had the receipt and items were in original packaging not opened.) Yes it was 15 mins until closing but he got there as soon as he could and thought 15 mins was plenty of time to make a simple return. He Was told by a very rude young boy that “they don’t do returns on tools” which if you look on the receipt it plainly says you can return within 90 days as long as it’s in original condition and packaging and you have the receipt! which it was still exactly how he purchased it and had the receipt. we’ve never heard of that and have returned tools before a few weeks or so ago actually. It also made no sense because only one item he had was a tool the other were a pack of headlight's. My husband then asked for a manager and the boy replied “I’m the manager” he was very rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. He even said he “didn’t want to deal with it because it was close to closing time” then proceeded to say “who returns stuff this late? You need to get a life.” When all my husband was trying to do was return 2 items and have him explain why all the sudden they couldn’t return tools. Very disappointed considering every other time we’ve been in this store we have had great experiences!"

I had selected the wrong blades out of ignorance, and without me even having to ask her, she came to my aid by helping me understand why my selection was not the best product for my particular vehicle and she helped me choose the best items. Thanks Sparkles. You remind me of the Auto Zone of the old days when employees were knowledgeable and the customer needs come first."

"Went in this morning because my 2018 jeep grand cherokee needed a battery, they dont install it. Asked for a tool to take it out and was told I need to buy it. The manager Sparkles(obviously a fake name) was very rude and no help at all. They have no customer service skills and didn't care. I went to O'Reilly's where they let me use any tool I needed and made sure I did everything right. Do yourself a favor and dont go to this autozone. They are no help and seem inconvenienced by customers. There incompetent and have no knowledge of cars. Some of them struggle to even use the computers there. So autozone needs to check their people because they are losing them money!"

"I went into AutoZone around 5 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. Two young males were both behind computers at the desk. They didn't greet me even when I looked like I needed assistance. I did go to the desk to ask them if they would install wiper blades if I bought from them. One of them said no. I then asked if it was difficult to install on a certain make and model. He hemmed and hawed and said no it shouldn't be, but it might be tricky. Then I asked where I could find the wiper blades. He pointed to an aisle but didn't bother to get up and help me find what I needed. Both ff them continued to sit behind the computer even when no one else was in the store. I ended up walking out and going to a different auto parts store that clearly was there to help."
