"It hurts me to write this review. I started going here 10 years ago, and it was the best place to go. But it has just gotten worse and worse. The prices have just gotten higher and quality poorer. Yesterday I waited over 45 minutes, watched 2 people finally just leave without services, before I too decided it wasn't worth the wait for the disappointment that I had on my last few services. Jimmy is still working and good with manicures, if you have time to wait he is good, but you will have a long wait. If not don't bother."

"I wanted to like this place. I went here about 10 years ago and had an AMAZING nail tech, who is no longer there. I got a very simple gel manicure with two design nails of checkered. Three days after the manicure my nails started chipping where the designs are and now we are at day 5 and this is what my designs look like and some of the other nails are chipping at the edge near cuticles. I also had to correct issues with the nails multiple times. The design was not done well in the first place and I felt it was so simple. If I am paying for nails I expect them to last more than 3 days. I will not be back."
