"I took a Elgin watch in for a new battery and watch battery man did not put the back of watch on hood I lost the back immediately they couldn’t find one and gave me the watch back they didn’t offer to pay for this and it wasn’t my fault I left with watch with no back the watch was bought new from local Walmart I will never return to this store and I warn others when going into this store for supposed to be great service"

"You came highly recommended by a family member who doesn't recommend often and I'm all for supporting local businesses in LaVergne so I chose to give you all a shot. My son paid $43.50 to have my stone reset, it took several days to get it back for something that should've been done while he waited. Got it back yesterday, put it on and the stone immediately fell out. Luckily I was able to get it back in the setting which I couldn't do before which is why we brought it to you all. I have other jewelry that we spoke about but, based solely on this ring, I will go elsewhere. You did a $10 job and owe my son a refund."
