"I would NEVER use this group their agent Natalie Bauman is the WORST to work with. She was the buyers agent and lied to our agent about the repairs being done by a licensed professional. It was the seller that did the repairs and after moving in we realized most repairs was not done. She was not there on the day of closing because of an upset stomach she told the sellers to leave and not closed after we caught her in her lie. I would never work with this good as a seller or buyer. They have workers that are dishonest. It’s been a week since we closed on the house and she had yet to come get the lock box from the door and her sign. We have tried to contact everyone even her boss and no one could get a hold of her. Do not work with this group. They made what was suppose to be a great happy day a stressful day on closing."
