"A progressive customer crashed into the rear end my wife's minivan and we cannot get their adjuster to call us back. Going on two weeks now! We need a rental and can't get one without paying for it ourselves.. I guess these big companies know they can push us little guys around. I am going to move forward with suing their customer because the insurance company is dragging their feet. Let thins be a message to all progressive customers, their poor service will get you sued personally."
