"Everyone completely checked out here. The Dr especially. I came for help and this hospital and ambulance made my situation 20x worst then when I got here Never again, unless you are literally dying. Nobody cares here. Worst hospital I've ever been. Heed this warning please for your own safety. They do not care, they are only in it for the paycheck clearly."

"I am from another state and became ill while in Tazewell TN. NEVER EVER again would I go to this hospital! The ER was very good but the nurses in the hospital are the most insensitive, non caring representatives of health care I’ve ever encountered. This hospital needs to teach the nurses about compassion, sensitivity and how to treat an ill human being! I strongly suggest NEVER go to this hospital!!"

"8/11/2023 My mom was scheduled today for surgery at 7AM with instructions to arrive at 5AM, and go in through the emergency area. Upon her arrival a nurse by the name Faith approached her with a rude attitude, denied her entry even though my mom had paperwork for it. Faith called security on my parents and made remarks such as, "I don't think they can understand me" with demeaning body language and facial expressions while being talked to. My mom speaks 3 languages, this comment clearly stems from racial prejudice. The security guy named Reynold also refused to allow them entry and acted extremely unprofessional as well. While my parents tried to find how to check in for the procedure in order to not miss it and have to reschedule, to their surprise a POLICE OFFICER shows up. Law enforcement was called on them by the nurse and security guard. The officer based on whatever information they provided of course arrived hand placed near his firearm and started questioning them until the nurse in charge of my mom's care arrived. I find this to be horrifying and unacceptable. I am a healthcare professional and am appalled that something like this could be done to any patient, especially one present for a surgical procedure. I hope formal disciplinary measures are taken and that nothing like this happens again."

"5-11-2023 I picked up a garbage bag with shards of broken glass Inside. A thick piece of glass was sticking out the side of the plastic bag. Before I even knew what was going on, all I saw was blood spurting straight up in the air coming out fast. I had sliced the top of my right hand almost on the vein. I wrapped my hand in a cotton towel, applied pressure. I went through 4 towels before my Daddy rushed me to Claiborne ER. The receptionist had me sign in. Then Triage Nurse called my name. Looked at my hand & sent me straight back to a bed. The ER Dr. Ball came in & stiched me up plus gave me Tetanus shot. Dr. Ball said to take over the counter medicine for pain & to be back 7-8 days for stiches to be removed. I signed a release paper & left. I was there maybe an hour or less. All & all I can say for my PERSONAL experience with my local ER i have to give FIVE-STARS! THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING KIND & PATIENT WITH ME! Here are some pictures."
