"Don’t eat the bacon. The bacon is kept on a sink in a closet, with zero refrigeration. The rooms are small. Our shower leaked. The room doors do not close when you shut them, even the front desk said you have to pull them closed fairly hard when asked about it. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare."

"I have not checked out yet, but we got in late last night. Air conditioner is not working, toliet won't flush, there is an odd sound when we turn the water on, and the hot water has no pressure. We have stayed here many times, and seems like it gets worse as we go. Our room was clean, and can tell its been remodeled, but things really need attention. I can't speak for all the rooms, but room 225 it's true."

"I was very pleased. We have special needs in accommodation and this was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and bright. And the service was impeccable. Checked in late at night and out early in the morning, and still never felt rushed at all. I highly recommend staying here for all your West Nashville needs."

"Management is super nice. We did have an issue with our room, that the pull-out sofa bed mattress was extremely stained but since all rooms were taken, they graciously offered us additional quilts and plus blankets plus additional sheets to pad the mattress making it not only more protected but incredibly much more plush. The included morning breakfast was better than most hotels. The scrambled eggs were very appealing and freshly made, the bacon & sausage were also very fresh and well cooked. Waffles, fresh fruit, cereals & variety of breads, jams, cream cheese, butter, fresh fruit & juices. EV charging stations also available in their parking lot."

"Our first warning sign should’ve been the fact that it’s right next to a Waffle House. The customer service was amazing, staff was all super sweet and helpful, one dude even came to our room to show us how to work the curtains (they’re different from regular curtains) . But honestly, that was we’re the good experience ended, the room smelled strongly like cigarettes and pee! There were stains on all of the bedding, sheets, blankets and mattress protectors. The dude at the front desk was super nice and brought us clean bedding. The curtain rod was falling off the wall in the bathroom. I’m pretty sure there’s a short in some of the wiring because the bathroom light sometimes took a while to turn on, the outlets only worked half of the time. We would’ve went somewhere else but we were traveling through late and were tired. Definitely will not be staying here again. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast because we were concerned about how sanitary the kitchen was.we stayed in room 105"
