"Dr. Andes is one of the very few Veterinarians who works with exotics. I had gone to All Tails prior to here due to some financial issues, there they gave me a runaround for my money and offered services which they never ended up doing. Oh, and they also diagnosed my poor rabbit wrong and didn’t let me speak to a doctor. Here, Dr. Andes was straight forward, knowledgeable and drained my rabbits abscess right in the room, although it was painful for my sweet boy, it needed to be done to help better the situation. I’m so thankful for him and the staff. I will continue to have him work with my baby ❤️"
"Killed my healthy 8 month old baby, my dog was healthy when he walked in possibly might have ingested engine coolant but did not show up in his blood work and they didn't bother to try to get a urine test to know for sure. He died in 4 hours when I called after 3 hours and they said he was fine. Antifreeze doesn't start killing a dog or showing symptoms after 24 hours and I've seen other dogs live 36 hours after ingestion, he was dead in 4 hours if I would've just kept him home he would still be alive. I was being cautious the dog didn't show any symptoms and I didn't see him in it in the 30 seconds I had my eyes off him. Steer clear of this place they don't know what they're doing or they just didn't wanna deal with him. I told them when I took him in there's a possibility he didn't even drink any but when I called 3 hours later vet said he was told by nurses he was seen "lapping it up" and was laughing on the phone about getting my baby drunk on everclear and stuffing charcoal in his throat they're murderers and they need to be stopped. Btw I had him there in 30 minutes they say 8-12 hours is the timeframe to save a dog if they had ingested any!"
"My green cheek conure had a little emergency. He had gotten his bottom beak stuck in a bell from a bird toy. I called them and they told me to bring him in asap. We got there and they took him back and examined the issue. Put him under anesthesia for a little and he was back out to me bell free in about 10 minutes. I want to thank Dr. Andes and his team for taking special care of my boy Tiki."
