"I was in Sally's 2 days ago around 5 p.m. No other customers were in there. Two employees were sitting at the registers. I asked for assistance in haircolor. The youngest helped me. A third employee came from the back asking if I needed help. I told her someone had helped me & I was deciding what I wanted. She stood suspiciously close by while the other 2 still chatted. One said she'd been there since morning & only checked out 2 customers. When the younger cashier rang up my items, I told her the price wasn't what what it said on the shelf. The woman still sitting bolted over to the color aisle, telling me I was wrong. I went back there & showed her the shelf tag & told her I wouldnt've made that up. She angrily told the cashier that tag I saw wasn't still supposed to be there since the price increased. The cashier gave me the price I saw. Sitting around chatting instead of confirming inventory & pricing. Their customer service is lacking & poor. I won't shop there again & I don't recommend that store to anyone. I'll be reporting this to corporate."

"I just left Sallys @ Hunters Crossing looking for help with my hair color..Same older woman that has helped me last 2 times. Not only did she have her small Daughter greeting her Customers while she hang out behind the counter with her, But TWICE I got her on my usle to help me and TWICE she walked off to go back to her Daughter, with no other Customers in the store, to chit chat..leaving me standing in the isle with No Answers to my problem, waiting because I thought she was coming back ! Terrible SERVICE !!"

"Walked in The Alcoa Store,The lady behind the counter was waiting on two other ladies. She said hello welcome to Sally’s,I said hello and how are you today,she replied to me with I was Better. Every time I come in that store Tina is rude and nasty towards me and it doesn’t matter if she is waiting on others or not. I am Done With Sally’s Beauty Supply. If this is how you allow your employees to treat customers,That is sad."

"Absolutely disgusted with the way my elderly mother was treated.... The lady was extremely rude to her for absolutely no reason. Was very kind to the customers before her but once she had to deal with my mom she changed it up was rude with snippy remarks etc. my mother don’t have it in herself to ever be rude to anyone even when there rude to her!!! Neither of us will ever come back. So if you’re elderly I suggest finding a different Sally’s to go to. Hope this lady loses her job to be quite honest because this makes me sick!"
