"Ordered special cut lumber there for 2300$ when we went to pick up it was all the wrong size. Now the manager doesn't want to fix or make the lumber rt. He says that's the way we do it. Then why did I give them a special size to cut then. There just going to cut what they want and charge you for it. The manager started kussin me bc I told them I could have went to Lowes and got that. That's the whole reason for giving them measurements. Now there refusing to give me the lumber I ordered and paid for. They expect me eat the lumber they cut wrong. Very bad business and very bad attitudes no need for the way he talked to use. ****This is what I ordered this is what I expected to get not regular cut lumber. This is what the wood looks like splits down half the wood making to short for our table project. No pride in what they do or sell. They take your money and say owell."
